Default Inside Detailing ES350

Hi everyone,
I just purchased a 2017 ES 350 with nav package and all black interior, and it came with Polysteel coating (dealership apparently does this on all their in stock cars). Anyhow, upon pickup from the showroom, I noticed a gray uneven haze right across the area above the glove box. Dealership had me bring it in and said their detail department wiped it with a special cleaner-it looked shiny and black for a day or two, and now the gray haze is back.
Any ideas on how I can clean this or maintain it looking clean, even and polished? I am scared to use anything since I am becoming acquainted with what materials are where i.e. leather vs. vinyl. I am also hesitant to keep going back and forth to the dealership-last time I was there for two and a half hours to have them wipe the one area.

What should I use to clean, or wipe the dash, doors, and seats?

Any advice is greatly appreciated!
Thanks kindly,
Ami

Just purchased it...Take it back. If you start trying things, they will say you made it worse and you are on your own.

They have already acknowledged there is something wrong, let them deal with it.
