How can I repair this? Is it possible to do it myself or have a professional do it? And how much does it cost to fix this scratch? Thanks

Is that a paint chip? If you want it done by yourself the result wont be like new! You probably have to buy touch up paint but it will be there everytime you see your car! If its done professionally your going to have to dish out some money and they will have to repaint that whole area to blend the car! GL

Your picture needs to show the area better. What part of the car is affected?
A pro fix will require possibly repaint. Depending where it is located you may be able to blend with some touch up paint.
