Some people are unbelievable, I had the car parked in a parking lot, and somebody did this while backing out. I asked if the owners had security cameras, and they didn't, so no way to find out who it was. Nothing is cracked or dented, just scratched.

Looks like a lot of that black paint should come off however, so are there any suggestions on what would work best? I was thinking Simple Green and a sponge? Or dish soap? Clay bar maybe?

Any ideas are appreciated, thanks.

Just about any polishing compound will do the job, if you're lucky it is mostly paint transfer and has not scratched the paint off down to the bumper material. But it looks like in some spots it has.

Before you polish use rubbing alcohol on a microfiber towel. IT will remove basic paint transfer, and you should remove that before you start polishing.

Alright, thanks for the suggestions, I will try polishing it sometime this weekend. I've also been looking, and it seems like Meguiars has a product called Scratch-X which is supposed to work really well. So I might go pick up a bottle of that, I'm sure I'll find other places that need some touching up as well.
