My wife's 2011 ISC 250 drivers sear has a small hole in the seat; It is on the side of the seat back not the seating area itself.

What is the best way to fix/repair this small hole? When you open the passenger door, It is a sore to the eye. It looks like the end of a pen punctured it.

Any advice would be appreciated.

See an upholstery repair/restoration tech. That should not be too difficult to repair. They will patch the area/ match the color and grain and make it disappear.

If you don't know of someone who does this, see your Lexus dealer. They have someone they use for interior repair work.
