Scratches near wheels from gravel. Can I buff them out?
Hi guys. I have some scratches on the lower parts of my bumpers and doors from driving on a gravel road, and I wanted to see if you think these could be buffed out. It looks like it may just be in the clear coat, but some could be a little deeper. Any suggestions?
Thanks!
Thanks!

Thought I'd update this.
I couldn't get the scratches to buff out, but ended up trying a creative solution of my own. I found a Sharpie (yes, the marker) that was pretty much the same color as my car, and went at it. I tested it underneath the rear bumper first, out of sight, to make sure it wouldn't ruin the paint or anything, but when I saw it worked just fine, started tackling the sides of the car.
I simply filled in each scratch with a little ink, and buffed the area with rubbing compound to blend everything together. It actually turned out very nice, and you can hardly tell anything was awry at all!
Here's a picture after a couple of passes with the sharpie and rubbing compound. I got most of the biggest scratches, but there are a few smaller ones I still have to take care of.
