plexiglass cleaner
Now before the search button **** chimes in, I have read just about every article covering this issue on the site. I bought my car used and it appears somewhere in its earlier ownership, interior cleaner was sprayed on the gauge cluster. It almost looks like hard water spots. I have tried carnuba wax, soap and water solution, PlastX by Meguiars and none of them worked. With that being said, is there anyone who went through this same ordeal and found a solution. I'd imagine there is a professional out there who knows how to get it done. I just do not know who to call or what to ask to find someone with said skills. Thanks in advance.

Meguiar's PlastX Clear Plastic Cleaner and Polish is a good starting point as it's a very mild polish that can help remove light surface imperfections. If you want to try something a bit stronger the Menzerna SF4000 with a soft pad would be the next step up. With any polish on the cluster test it on a very small section first to ensure it's working the way you desire before doing the whole area. This same polish can also be used on your exterior paint afterward with outstanding results!

Its clear to see that you're posting just for the sake of upping your post with this one. If you didn't read the OPs original post, you'll see that it did nothing to help his condition...
OP - As the interior gauge plastic is one of the softest I've ever encountered, it could potentially be etching on the surface due to the cleaner. Hopefully it isn't otherwise it'll be a big pain to remove
