Default Is this scratch fixable?

Hello all,

I have a starfire pearl 2010 IS 250 RWD. My wife scratched the right side of the car where the doors intersect (by touching a round column). I have shown the car to a body shop but he told me that the doors need repainting and he told me that there is some dent. But it seemed to me that this should be fixable with some compound (if not all of it at least most of it) like scratchx. What do you guys think? I have attached the photo.

Thanks,
Yenal

Actually I took it to an auto detailing shop and they fixed it in like 10 mins. I would not say it's completely gone but 90% of it is gone. The only thing left is some small area where the impact occured (the edge of the left door). Thanks for your reply.

It's fixable by polishing, if there is a dent witch I can't see I'm sure a PDR (Paintless Dent Repair) specialist can fix that in no time.

^ I agree, find a good PDR guy to work out the low spot and it'll be good as new
