Dust attraction
My GS seem to attract dust, a lot. After I clean the car with California Duster the night before, the next morning, it's all covered... same thing if I dusted the car, I go out to eat, about 7 minutes drive, 4kms, when I got there, it's full of dust....
And funny thing is that I've waxed the car, but left the door caps unwaxed, somehow, the door caps have much less dust, I can see my wax circles from the dust, so bits of the door cap have dust, while the rest of the cap have very little dust...(I've clay bared the entire car(Meguires), and waxed (NXT2.0))

You seem to have a very dark color...thats the curse of them sadly. My ES only gets a deeper gold when its dirty. When its clean its practically white from the sun reflecting off its surface
Just because parts of the caps don't have dust, doesn't mean you shouldn't apply protection against the elements. Maybe try something other than NXT. I'm sure theres a wax out there that claims to be less static or something

Finish Kare (www.fk1usa.com) advertises multiple detailing products that have anti static properties. On my black LS, I've only used the quick detailer (FK 425). I like the product, but don't see a real difference in the amount of dust that accumulates on the paint. As eyezack said, battling dust is part of the price you pay for having a dark color.
I read a funny quote on the Autopia forum: "Black is not a color - - it's a part time job!"

Black is almost impossible to keep from getting dusty. I just glazed and waxed my new GS and I noticed the S100 wax I put on seems to attract alot less dust than the stuff the dealer's detail people used. I haven't used NXT to compare but the S100 is working for me, still pretty much need to dust it everytime I take it out. It doesn't take long to hit it with some quick detailer and the results are well worth the effort.

Yes, you cannot fight gravity, but the smoother the finish, the less the dust will stick. It only takes me about 10 minutes to do an ONR before I leave in the morning and it keeps my car looking very nice.
