...just a question here -

Do any of you treat your canvas/cloth convertible top(s) with anything ?

Hrm. Did the SC300/400 ever come with a convertible option? Wrong forum?

Oops - Sorry guys, my girlfriend just bought a canvas-top Mazda Miyata and asked what Lexus-owners might have used for protection upon theirs -

...but apparently there are no rag-top versions of SCs -

RaggTopp is what I use and it works great.
Some use 303 but I have not tried this product.
