No unless you get an ISF rear bumper, which is interchangeable with the is250 & is350.

Fitment is good, but i recommend removing the bumper for easier installation.

No. Only overlayed it on the bumper. Was going to install, but personally too aggressive for my taste. Decided to go with Toms.
