^lol. it's the kit that allows you to adjust camber (+/-). it can adjust it so you're more positive (less squatting stance and less camber wear), or it can adjust more negative than the natural camber (much like the photo you linked to).
I have these installed and have them maxed out to the negative side. It is really meant to add positive camber to reduce the inside tire wear. I have it this way because i wanted to slam my car on these wheels and had to do that so I wouldn't rub.
