This is the kit originally sold by Sewell Lexus. I bought it in AUG 2006, but never installed it. The kit contains everything that was shipped to me:

Sirius Tuner
Wire harness
various tape, foam, zip ties
instructions

This was developed for the 2006 ISx50 only. I think the recent models moved the brain around and the instructions will not be the same. The only limitation that I have heard of was that the text would only display 10 characters on a line, so some of the song/channel info is cutoff. Otherwise the digital sound is supposed to be great! All that and Howard Stern!

This does NOT come with an antenna. You will have to purchase that seperately.

tdoes theis thing will fit ix50 2007, is the intalation same is xm radio in the back of the trunk where it mounted on the side..?

The instructions do show it being installed in the trunk on the passenger side. It is piggybacked to the smart key unit and the harness plugs into the wires that go into the amp. It says that it will work with standard and ML audio amp.

As for working on the '07, I really can't tell you if it will work. It sounds like it might, but I have an '06 so I can't be sure.
