Sacramento... the scratches are super miner, I would not sand them out, It's almost new... 2000 grit (maybe). These look awesome with LED lights (spreads out evenly ). I don't want to seperate the harness...If someone with lower than the 2001+ model wants to upgrade, they'll need the wire harness.
