How many miles was it on the car? Is that price include shipping?

Yes, that includes shipping. It wasn't on the car too long because the place that put it on couldn't figure out the ecu. I ran it without ecu for a little while and eventually took it off all together.

Is the CPU intact and working condition? Is that little black rectangular box in the picture on top of the SRT instruction sheets? Where does it supposed to connect to?

It is in great working condition. My son had misplaced the ecu a while back and I got tired of trying to find it. So I went and bought another SRT intake. While cleaning out garage, I ran across the ecu in my son's old toy chest that I was throwing out. Talk about lucky!!!

That is why I took it off and replaced it with a weapon R for a while.
