WTB: GS400 Engine

I have decided to repair my Gs400. The engine went bad on me and now I came to the conclusion that I wanted to fix it. Looking to buy one locally preferred. PM for a faster response but I'll be checking the post because I want it fixed ASAP. Thanks in advance. Miles don't really matter but the lower the better obviously.
