98-05 GS K&N Drop-In Air Filter!
I have a used, But in very good condition K&N Drop-In Air Filter for your **98-05 GS400/GS430 ONLY** I bought this filter and used it for maybe 6k Miles, Because I replaced it with a weapon r air intake system. I actually purchased the K&N filter at Checker for $57.99.

I forgot to specify 
....This filter came off my 01' GS430! I know GS400 and GS430 are the same.....So your absolutely right, And looking at the picture online the GS300 air filter is a square style filter.
