I paid over 400 for it 6 months ago. I would love to need to sell it that badly that I would take a 50% loss, but I will have to take my chances on Ebay to get more money.

wow, you think people are LESS likely to lowball you on eBay? what rock have you been under? I'd take the 200 offer, unless there's someone waiting in the wings who needs this exact grille in this exact color. resale = loss. sad fact.
