are the fogs yellow? what is the cond of the fogs, rock chips, hazyness, etc??

yes the brake pads are oem and the fogs are white.

What's keeping the grill from being in excellent shape?

it has some overspray from when the car was painted. I think it will all come off but im not sure. Besides that the grill should clean up and be in very good shape.
