LFAs Perform Ballet in Most Boring Video Ever

Look. The LFA is cool, I get that. But not everything that people do with it is going to be cool. It’s won the 24hrs of Nurburgring and countless awards from publications across the world. Now, it’s showing off it’s classy side with… Automotive ballet.

If that sounds exciting to you, there’s a good chance you might also enjoy watching paint dry. Three drivers participate in synchronized, moderate-to-high speed driving in small parking lot. Most of the video is just them driving around, but there are some cool parts. We’ve never seen three LFAs drifting in tandem before, and the three person drift-donuts are pretty impressive as well.

Maybe we’ve just been spoiled by Ken Block’s gymkhana series. No, it’s probably not fair to compare a live exhibition those videos, but expensive cars driving in circles, just doesn’t do it for me any more. Do it on fire! Throw a midget into the mix! Or something!

People complain about drifting being little more than the automotive equivalent of ice skating. To them, I would submit this video to clarify exactly what the automotive equivalent to ice skating actually is.
