Default tire fitment for new wheels

I have a isf and just bought wheels with this setup below, the 295s rubbed bad so i ordered new tires, 295 down to 265 and they still rub! so can a wheel expert let me know if theres some minor fender work i can do or the exact size tires that would make this work.... my fronts with 245 do not rub but at times when the wheel is turned all the way it will hit the wheel well inside, please help me out.

front: 20x9 +30
tires 245/30/20

rear: 20x10 +35
tires 295/25/20

new rear tires: 265/25/20

not trying to be mean, but take the 20's off the IS-F... you are just degrading the performance of an amazing car...

Where do they rub? Inside or outside?
