Help! I need 17mm or 19mm lug nuts

I have a 2008 GS350, and I believe the OEM lugs are 21mm. I need to replace 1 lug on each wheel with either 17mm or 19mm lug nut. Can anyone tell me to where I can purchase a set of aftermarket lug nuts, which fit a GS?
