I have a cross- drilled and slotted rotors and been trying to find the best combo for stock calipers. This is is for a SC400. I have been using EBC's in the Front and stock in the rear, and DOT 3 Fluid. Thanks

When I had the stock brakes, I had premium pads from Napa called "Application Applied". They were low dust and had pretty good bite. I was using unknown fluid (Was green when bled..LoL). Thats why I upgraded to TT brakes...Much better.
For my TT brakes...., I'm using the OEM Pads (TOOOO much dust!!) and Motul DOT 4 fluid.

Good fluid choices are ATE Super Blue (what I use), Motul 600 and Valvoline Synthetic (cheaper, but boiling point isn't quite as high).
Here's a thread I did w/ some research I did looking into brands

Note that the ATE comes in two colors ATE Super Blue and ATE Gold. Same fluid, you're just supposed to switch between the two so you can tell when you've bled all of the old fluid out. Pretty cool

I think I am going to try ATE. I heard the ATE SUper Blue stains your fluid resovoir completely, Is thier ant truth to that? Also has anyone used anything except stock pads in the rear? SliderSC I was think about using the Axxis because they are cheaper than the EBC's. How is the brake dust on your wheels?
