Default Reducing negative camber front and rear

Hey guys, quick question.....

I'm trying to get a Cert for my adjustable suspension (bull**** thing we have to do over here in NZ) problem is the negative camber has to be within ½ of a degree of the factory spec. I've been to two alignment shops and also had the rear lower arm bushes replaced and I still can't reduce it enough. I don't really want to go down the adjustable arms route. Is there any other way or reason why I can't reduce the camber enough (I've even raised thebride height)

How far out of factory spec is your alignment? Maybe some camber adjustable rca's.
