Default To Bag or Not to Bag?

wanted to go with bags for my 3rd gen IS350,

Some guy wants to sell me some off of a 4th gen GS350, would these work?

also would I need a camber kit if I do decide to bag the car?

Thanks for your help guys!

Yes to bags, not sure if the gs struts would fit. No camber arms needed if u aint planning on running krazy wheels specs. I would recommend rear camber arms of u planning to run wheels wider than 10" tho.

I got the bags

im thinking of going 20x10.5 in the rear not sure what offset though, any suggestions?

the front id want to go 20x10.5 but not sure if that would work and what offset, if not then a 20x9 would be cool, what do you suggest

Default Bags

hello are you still looking for air suspension? I’m selling my kit. 3p airlift management dual compressors with Airforce suspension. Less than a year old.

Bag if you're going for looks. Don't if it's for performance. Even if you bag, need to adjust to have similar front/rear spring rates/compression ratio.

I don't believe todays bags are just for looks anymore. My understanding is that the performance should be equal to coil-overs when using performance shocks/struts..

For compatibility, look at the Air Lift Performance website. Is says which kits are identical. For instance ..Model Fitment:

  • 2014-2015 Lexus IS 250 RWD
  • 2016-2018 Lexus IS 300 RWD
  • 2014-2018 Lexus IS 350 RWD
  • 2018 Lexus GS 300 RWD
  • 2013-2018 Lexus GS 350 RWD
  • 2016-2018 Lexus RC 300 RWD
  • 2015-2018 Lexus RC 350 RWD

I would not go bag but if you don't want to compromise performance for look, I do have a suggestion here..

http://www.umbrellaautodesign.com/

they put an air piston on top of the springs

I'm pretty sure those types of set-ups are for temp raising the vehicle for speed-bumps and such.
