Default Centric Premiuim Rotor rubbing issue

Hey guys, i bought a pair of rear Centric Premium rotors from rockauto...i had my mechanic install it along with new Akebono pads. But when i drive it, there is a bad grinding noise...while driving, turning, going over bumps, not so much while applying the brakes. I took it back to him and after he looked at it, he said the parking brake shoe is rubbing on the inside of the rotors. Anyone else have this issue? He put the old rotors back on so i can return the Centrics. I'm thinking of getting a pair of OEMs from Carson, even though they're double the price. I did my research on the forums and only found good reviews of the Centrics (which is why I purchased them) but no one with issues.

This is for an 04 gs300. In the pic, there is a white ring in the inside of the rotor, this is from the rubbing.

I just put rotors on mine, same problem. It was scraping in corners. I ground a lot of the backing plate to make it shut up. Drove me nutty. It is finally gone now. Took a lot of cornering and it is finally quiet.

It sounds like whoever does the castings is having some tolerance issues.

Maxx, I verified it was the correct part.

My mechanic was going to grind some of the metal, but he didnt think it was a good idea. He got a pair of different rotors, and they work just fine.

I installed these on all four corners, not a single peep.
