When I initially installed front and rear camber kits on my last car I set the camber myself using nothing more than a carpenters level as a straight edge and the level app on the iPhone. I then drove it to down to Tires Plus to get an alignment and to my amusement it was within .2 degrees of the Hunter alignment machine. Toe is a whole different matter. It requires much more precision and fancy equipment to do properly.
