Default 96 sc300 roaring below 30mph

Hello, first post here. My wife's sc300 completely stock with 160000 miles is making a roaring noise below 30mph. Sounds like out of alignment or wheel bearing noise but I am not completely for sure. I can also say that the car has gotten some bad bump steer lately and the steering seems to drift from time to time even though its pointed straight. Anyone had problems like this before?

From the experience I've had with hub bearings they will rumble when wore out & increase in sound when turning in the direction that pulls the bearing out & when turning into the bearing pushing it back together it will quiet down. This will also give you an idea of which side is bad. also when you you jack the car and remove wheel roll the hub you will feel a roughness in the bearing. It should feel smooth. also check car for worn suspension parts.
