Default Cross Hatched Pattern Rear Rotors

Anyone have "cross swivel" lines on their rear rotors?

Normally i know they should be "straight), and someone has addressed to the reason why they are 'cross hatched'.

How many miles until i should see some normal wear on the rotors?( I have done some pretty hard braking previously as well)

Unless you're buying premium rotors, most will have the cross-hatch pattern, even some premium ones come with it. You won't see a smooth surface for a few thousand miles.
