Default E-brake Not working as well...

So I recently replaced my studs with extended studs. I believe its my driver rear brake. I removed the caliper to remove the rotor and replaced the studs. When I put everything back together it was really hard to put the caliper back on, im not sure whats wrong with it, I had to hammer the caliper on, because it was a really tight fit. Im not sure if it has something to do with my calipers or the thing behind the rotor (forgot what its called).
Any help is appreciated..
I also hammered out the studs and it hit one of the springs on the hub.

Sounds like something is out of place or slightly out of alignment, causing the binding issue with the rotor/caliper. Also, it's not good to pound out the studs; it would have been better to have pressed them out.

Adjust your parking brake. There should be "mini brake pads" inside your rear rotors that expand when you step on your parking brake. You have to adjust it periodically, Your caliper presses the brake pads towards the rotor when normally pressing the brake pedal. Nothing to do with the parking brake. Good luck!
