Default Are pillow mounts included with BCR or Buddy Club coliovers?

I see all of these ads saying pillow mounts or camber plates come with purchase "if applicable". Well, I don't want to guess...I want to know for sure what comes in the box if I purchase the BCR coilovers or the Buddy Club N+ dampers. Optimally I would like new top pillow mounts, and pretty sure camber plates on most "budget" coilovers will not be included...but I'll ask.

So, in short...for those of you that have purchased either the BCRs or Buddy Club coilovers for your 2IS can you detail what exactly came in your boxes? Here's the options I'm looking at :

Thanks for your input!

The BC Racing coils can be ordered for the IS wit either rubber top mounts or pillowball top mounts. You will want to order BR-RH series coils that will come with pillowball top mounts on the front and rear. If you want rubber top mounts in the rear and pillowball top mounts in the front order BR-RA series coils. I am not sure about the Buddy Club.

Thanks for that info. I read that the rubber mounts are best for noise reduction and the pillowballs are best for steering/handling feedback. Does this seem right? What kind of "noise" is possible with the pillowballs anyway? I'm not to greatly concerned with minimal additional noises...I'm greatly leaning towards the pillowballs.

The pillowball mounts are great for steering/handling feedback. I have heard a few people say their rubber mounts are a little noisier than they would like but nothing to be too worried about. I would recommend the pillowball mounts. Are you looking at camber plates or camber kits too?

I am going to be set up as a vendor on CL today or tomorrow and I can forward you additional information once that is official.

Yeah, I'd like to go the pillowball route.

It would be an extra $170+shipped for the camber plates. So for right now I'll pass...but I can always get them later! Still on stock 18s here, and plus I won't "dump" the drive height of the car. Not sure it would be 100% necessary.

Let me know when you do, I've appreciated your help so far.

I confirmed with BC that camber plates are not even available through special order for the 2IS. Have to go the traditional camber kit route.

Camber is not adjusted on the 2IS via camber plates, its a double wishbone /multilink. This means pillowballs are less important as well since they have not factor in steering feedback, only shock misalignment.

I sell them with your choice at no extra charge plus include the damper extenders. I also offer a full camber solution for the rear and one soon coming for the front. Not just a camber kit, a handling solution.
