Adjusting your anti-roll bars: Inside hole = Full stiff Outside hole = Full soft
It's recommended that you start out with the front bar set to full stiff and the rear bar set to full soft. It's better to progressively step up to greater rear stiffness rather than getting too eager. Oversteer can be fun, but it can also be dangerous and expensive - especially on the street where you don't have a lot of run-off.
Front Sway Bar (2 way adjustable)
Light Setting 8% stiffer then TRD 498.9 lbs/in
Heavy Setting 27% stiffer than TRD 584 lbs/in
Rear Sway Bar (3 way adjustable)
Light 18% softer then TRD 367 lbs/in
Medium 6% Stiffer than TRD 458 lbs/in
Heavy 35% Stiffer than TRD 588 lbs/in
copy pasta from TM, don't have any experience with them so I hope this helps this is from the mkiv supra

Ok Stupid Question but i was under my sc the other day and i have been under my friends supra. My question is i noticed that on the sc there is the spar tire whole that seems like it would be in the way of the supra sway bars. Am i right?

Ya I have the titan sways too and for the rears you gotta have the subframe mounts (subframe cushions as toyota called them.) Install is pretty easy though just the 2 big bolts and washers on the front of them and suppport the rear end with a jack and they slide right off (pending rust). The mounts are kinda pricey though if you get them through the dealer. Fronts are cake just make sure you get the bushings right. Right now mine are set on the medium setting in the rear and hard in the front with coilovers set about medium dampning and its pretty sticky and body roll was greatly reduced. But I think my control arm bushings are about to eat it but thats a different project altogether. Good luck
