Default Help with coilover adjustment

I have a set of megan coilovers going in next week.

I understand how to adjust the dampening and ride height.

But my unknown question I need an answer to is it looks like you can also adjust the compression for the springs as there is an adjustable lock holding them in.

Do I want to mess with the compression or leave them in their current position?

I plan a 2" drop and setting the front dampers at 22 front and 18 in the rear and adjust ride height 2-2 1/2".

And of course an alignment afterwards...

Should I be messin' with the spring setting?

leave the spring preload as is.
if its loose, make sure they are all even. what i like to do is set them where the collars are barely compressing the springs. it gives it a little preload to the spring and provides the best ride comfort to me

+1, When I got mine the spring rate was not done this way and was very rough. When I put in the new bushings I did it as stated above and rides real smooth now
