Default New shocks?

So I installed Eibach springs (with Daizen sways), knowing my OEM shocks would be giving out at some point thereafter. I've maybe put 2000 miles on the car since the install, and everytime I back out of a driveway, go over a bump, etc., I hear "...don-don-don..." sounds come from the suspension.

It sound like I finished off my shocks, right? Just hoping I'm not overlooking something else...

Don't focus so much on sound. Focus on the actual suspension behavior.

Since you have sways, your body roll should be greatly reduced. But now you should evaluate your shocks on squat/dive or up/down.

When you brake hard/accelerate hard, or go over slight dip/hump (going straight) , pay attention on if the car squats/dips/jounces/rebounds.
See if there is a good "balance" on how much your car squats/dives (front/back) as compared to your sway-enhanced side-to-side body roll.

The sound could be anything in the suspension that are just slightly loose/greased or not quite set quite right, so don't use that as a sign of the shocks.

Regardless,
When I had daizensways only+60k original shocks, I could definitely tell there was a big mismatch between the squat/dive compared to roll, (but no sounds). switched out to bilstein hd which helped balanced the suspension.

103k with OEM shocks originally? Boy, it's time for you to get a set of KYB G2R or Bilstein.

How are the Eibach? How much lower did it went down too? Do you have a pic? How is Eibach vs Tanabe? I'm planning to get a set of springs too.
