Supra TT Big Brake install help
hello there, i have read around and im not pretty sure what i really need to do when installing the TT brake, i mean like does the Supra TT Brakes just bolt on to the car or do i need adapters? if i do need adapters, does anyone know where i can get those caliper mounting brackets/adapters?

oh i was reading on the diy supra brakes on clublextasy, but maybe thats a different setup

Well the rears on the GS are 2 pistons too, so it's kinda redundant. But the rears brakes on the Supra's don't fit on the GS?

the supra tt rear are a bit bigger pistons i believe, and imho it is for sure a better match with the supra tt front
and yes, it doesn't fit, different brackets. the supra tt rear only fits on sc300/400 i believe

hmm im wondering if will the tt calipers and rotors will clear my stock rim, i think they are 16's

Definitely won't clear 16's. It'll have to be 17+, and then you have to make sure the disk clearance is enough to clear the brakes.

what do you mean if the disk clearance willl clear the brakes??

overall diameter you need 17" wheel to clear
and supra tt calipers are huge, stock wheels don't stick out (not even close) enough to clear

Spacers on stock 17's work, but then you're better off buying a new set of wheels as spacers also tend to increase stress on your ball joints.
