Whos car is this? what drop is it
anyone know whos car this is and what lowering springs or coilovers are used to achieve the stance he/she has?

It's GGP4Me's car and in that pic he has Eibach Pro Kits w/his 19" Model IV L-Sportline rims.

Bilsteins I believe. BTW, shocks don't change the height of the car unless they have height adjustable perches. fyi.

actually.... many of the lower end options on Coilovers out there DO have the capabiloity to change the ride height of the car.. .BUT they also reduce the travel & increase spring rate via Preload.
Unless they have INDEPENDANT ride height adjustability VS Spring preload adjustment .
If not.... Lowering the car will Just make the car ride more stiffly as you crank down the shock & increase the shock preload.
ideally you want independant ride height & preload adjustment.
