Tom's Suspension
Should I buy the Tein CS now or the Full Tom's setup (Front lower chasis, rear lower chasis, and rear lower suspension)? Right now I have Stock struts and springs, TRD sways, RMM front strut bar, and Cusco rear strut bar.

The Tom's Suspension is a sweet package but I would do coilovers first. It rides very close to stock and you will be able to drop the car. The coilovers will perform better than stock, it is lighter than stock, and depending on how low you go, will also lower your center of gravity.
Once you have this then you can tweak the ride with the Tom's pieces. There is no "package" deal for the Tom's so you won't be penalized for doing it piece meal. I would start with a rear piece, go to the front, then if the rear is still bothering you, get the other rear piece. From my experience, it seems to work out that way but then make sure that you tweak the car to your driving style and car behavior.

the toms pieces are imo necessary if you are a moderate to very aggressive(like me) driver to keep everything underneath working as one , coils are the best (in fact i am getting ready for the bilstein pss route , i dont need all that damper adjusting stuff) but match your setup to your driving style
