For me A lowering is enough, no need to go B.
Wow, if can get all the parts in A on a limited budget, I'd like be under your finicial constraints !
I have everything under A, except for the TOMS pieces. I'm completely happy with the performance. The car handles great. The L-tuned parts lower the car just right for my taste. Any lower and the car would drag on speed bumps, etc. The coil overs offer more adjustment ability, but after carefull consideration I decided that for me, I probably would not make too many adjustments.
My friend is a big time SCCA runner, and he's getting me in practice for this upcoming season. The L-Tuned springs, struts and S/B's are really make the car handle like a serious player. And let me tell you, I've been running the car hard through cones.
So, to make a short story long, I really believe you would be happy with A.
