Dallas area: chaning my O2 sensor

Dallas area: changing my O2 sensor
I bought a replacement O2 sensor, but have been unable to remove the current one. It is the sensor under the car attached to the engine manifold.
At this point, I need to go to a garage for some professional help. The folks at Davenport quoted me $300 just o remove the old sensor.
Can someone recommend a trustworthy shop that can do a simple job for a reasonable price?
