Glad to see someone at VIP auto salon is stepping up and doing the right thing. I never purchased anything from you guys due to the horror stories but your effort here shows there is hope after all.

VIP auto salon were is my $2849.32 for my iss forged qes exhaust system that I never recived and was told I would get my money refunded invoice# 100000234 it has been almost for months seense you took my money. I would like my refund.

Add me to the list of unsatisfied customers of VIP autosalon. Ordered some parts (order # 52332) in May 2013 VIP promised parts by the end of July. Got one of the three items in Sep 15. VIP had no idea where the other items are. VIP stated they would issue a refund on 10-15-13.
After multiple emails and calls, they still can't properly issue a refund. Even after Steven said he would issue a refund there hasn't been any action. How long does it take to issue a refund?
VIP autosalon's customer service is terrible, I'm planning on issuing a formal complaint with the BBB.
