they say it won't fit vehicles with upgraded or performance brakes such as brembo. So, I'm thinking since the 95+ LS400s had upgraded huge 4 piston calipers in the front, they won't clear the spokes of the wheels.

I had the same issue when I went to install my SC430 wheels, also an 18x8 but the spokes were hitting the calipers in front. I fixed this by adding a 15mm bolt-on hubcentric spacer and they clear now. Fitment is pretty good as well, an 18x8 w/ a +45 offset and 15mm spacer will be perfectly flush with the fender and won't rub on anything.

Here is a link to the spacer I bought last week, quality is very good as well and they offer a 1 year warranty, best for all the cheap spacers on eBay: http://www.ebay.com/itm/HUBCENTRIC-W...FVEk9W&vxp=mtr

The later generation IS and GS had 4 piston calipers. The chart lists they are compatible though a true test fit will verify. The listing does show the LS 430 is on there so I would feel pretty confident these will clear. Call the store to make sure and how the return policy is. Others on Club Lexus have bought wheels from them and the comments positive.

wow thanks! I guess ill give them a shot, they have the same specs as the ls 430 wheels which everyone puts on these so i assumed they would fit but if not ill just go with the ls 430 wheels.

i say go with the 430 wheels only because the LS was designed to have a more 'classical' look and to me putting IS wheels on an LS changes the character
