2015 GS450h - Self-folding wing mirrors: Car Wash??
My 2015 has self-stowing (folding) side mirrors. When I lock the car, the mirrors automatically fold in (nice feature).
Problem: I am concerned about going through a car wash. If I provide the attendant the remote fob to move the car, and the attendant does not lock the door (they never do) then the wing mirrors to not stow. I'm concerned they will get knocked out of place by the car wash and break.
Can these side mirrors be moved by hand? or will that break the self-moving mechanism?

Yea I never fold my mirrors when washing. I'm more concern about the scratches from those auto washes than my mirrors.

Pressure washer style washes only...
That being said, why not just fold the mirrors yourself (if that is how you want it to go through the wash)? Then turn the auto function back on once you get it back? You turn the auto sense wipers off?
