Comrades,

This is what I've been working on. A Mac-mini in a GS300. I'm currently working on getting sound through a 5ch amp. Just haven't found the time, but should be done this week. Once FireWave comes out I plan to pass the 2ch sound from the mac-min through the firewave and get 5.1 dolby sound. Firewave will also allow me to connect my iPod. This GS will be totally MACed. I've started fooling with objective C and will be extending a frontend. I'm currently workin on integrating XM with the mac. Fun!

Thanks to asci01 and bugbyte.
cheers

Mac-mini close up. I plan to put the FireWave in the glove, probably underneath the mac.

Hey, where did you get that plastic shroud for the LCD. Was it custom? How much?

I will get more shots when i install the firewave and the run wires to the amp. The enclosure was provided by asci01. There is a great link on mp3car.com on fabrication.

Wow....wish I had the guts to do that in my car. I'm afraid of the car getting broken into, then I'd be missing a monitor and a computer.

Great clean install. You did a really great job on it.
