Let's not start the "Audis are glorified VWs" vs. "Lexus are glorified Toyotas" argument. I've owned both and neither statement is true. Well, maybe an S3 is a glorifed VW, but the S5 isn't. The ES is a glorified Avalon, but I'd still take the ES for more $$$.

If we were talking about an S6 or S7 it would be a different discussion, but trade a GS for an S3?!? Not a chance.
I'm a big fan of the A6/S6, in a lot of ways I like it better than the GS but the GS has a better interior and much better lease terms.

No argument, just stating my opinion based on findings which is totally fine on the boards. I'm not hating on your car and I will not tell you how to spend your money. BUT, I'll will not dispute the facts that have been brought up about VW's.
