My 2003 sc 430 navigation works, but no voice. I have made sure voice is on in set up. Reset everything to default...nothing works....I want to upgrade to latest 13.1 navigation, but want to figure our voice issue first.

Obvious question Did you turn the volume up for the navigation voice just enabling it is not the same as
being sure voice is tuned up

Yest I did turn up volume.

I tech specialist at Lexus dealership reviewed all my setting and could not find problem.

If you are getting sound from your stereo, you may want to eject the navigation disk and reboot it to see if that clears up the problem.

excellent advice! Rebooting normally solves most problems.
