I'm trying to remove the back panel from my Drivers seat on a Lexus SC430. The panel has 2 screws on the bottom, and 2 hooks at the top. I can loosen the entire back, but the lever holds it in place. I don't want to damage the lever, and hope someone can explain how to remove this.

Also, I just purchased a new seat back, complete with all parts, leather, heater, lever, and airbags. What issues can I expect when swapping out the old part with the new?
