Default Brake Replacement

My 2003 has 7mm front and 4mm rear left on the stock pads. What is the recomendation for replacement? What is a fair price for the repair?
Thanks

I don't know the exact measurements, but my stock pads have squeal tabs. 7mm and 4mm seem fine to me.

The manual would state the minimum thickness, I think it is 3 mm, but do not quote me. I usually do it at 3 mm.

Thanks all.
Went to the Toyota dealer i have done business with for 43 years.
They said 5mm on the rears and not to worry for many thousands of miles.
They said with out rotors it would be about $300 and Lexus said $450.
Guess i will see Toyota when the time comes.
