Huge Problem, Accidentally Pressed Trunk Release Button while Top was operating?

Default Huge Problem, Accidentally Pressed Trunk Release Button while Top was operating?

How do I reset the Trunk Release button, the button to operate the top wont work, the Top is half way open........please Reply ASAP......

Default just fixed it.....holy cow that was scary.....

All I had to do was push on the Trunk like as if I was closing it.....(pushing down on the spoiler is what I did.....)

Never accidentally press the Trunk release button while operating the Top.......

it was by accident.....


Am Glad I Fixed it.......wow!!!!!!!

Default Trunk release button

Good job figuring it out. We all wonder what will happen if “it” gets pushed during top transition. I am glad it worked out ok.

its in the manual. I think theres a wench you can use

Doesn't your significant other object to being called a wench? Why can't you just get out of the car and do it yourself?

I pick up wenches in my sc430 all the top especially with the top down. Dont you?
