I have a door reciever for keyless entry from a 1997 sc 300. If your keyless entry does not work this is probably the problem. It cost $500 from the dealer ( what a rip off!) If you are interested let me know, I will make a deal with you.

my keyless entry neverworked since i bought the car but i dont know if they may be the issue would u know how i could check to see if my unit is bad?

turn your radio to a low fm frequency like 83.3 and push your unlock button on your key fob (holding the key fob close to the radio.) If you don't hear a buzzing sound when you push it than your battery is dead on the key fob, if you hear a buzzing noise than your reciever is shot and would have to be replaced.
