HARDLY worth spending over $200 dollars for that.
I wonder if it's possible to upgrade the radio in the 2003 to one of the current models??

I asked the local dealer about doing an upgrade when I had mine in for service (to remove a stuck CD). They wouldn't even talk to me about paying an upgrade. I'd have to buy an all new radio. I don't remember if he ever gave me the price of a new one (they wouldn't talk about a used one either).
There may be some incompatibilities between the new radios and the older systems (radio, amp, NAV system). So you'd want to check on that before attempting to make a move on one.
