Tpms

I just ordered a set from Sewell via the internet (www.lexus-parts.com). Ordered them on Monday and received them today. Use the ClubLexus discount code at checkout for a 10% discount - CL911M.
There's another recent thread with a direct link to the part number on the Swewll Lexus site. I'll try to find it and post it in this thread, as it was cheaper to order the set of four than to order four separate sensors.

Here's the link to the 4 sensor package: http://www.lexus-parts.com/partdetai...bCategoryID=19
I think the price is $374, and the 10% discount gets it for $337, or less than $85 per sensor.
I have purchased twice from Sewell and have always gotten fast and good service.

tms install and registration
When you get the sensors shipped, do you need to get the dealer to program the receiver to recognize the new sensors?
I'd like to have them installed at a tire shop when getting new tires, since dealer will still charge outrageous labor to mount them...but if already installed and just need tms alarm light to get turned off...I think they do that for free.
Can you just set the code on the new sensor equal to that on the sensor being replaced, or will the dealer need to do something to the sensor before it gets mounted on the wheel?

The dealer will need to reset (which I will be doing with my newly refurbed wheels and new tires tomorrow!) Can't wait to get rid of the runflats again, as the 2 months I've had them back on the car have been 2 months too long.
